We are the eyes and ears of every project, representing the owner during construction, providing quality assurance and quality control, and coordinating with all project stakeholders to institute a team approach to project delivery.
We understand the importance of compliance with permitting requirements and environmental protection, utility coordination, equipment delivery times, construction work site limitations, and the interdependency of those issues with the construction schedule. Our construction inspectors meet the highest industry standards with the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET Levels I, II, III, and IV), American Concrete Institute (ACI field technicians and inspectors), NJ Society of Asphalt Technologies (NJSAT), Northeast Center for Excellence in Paving Technology (NECEPT), OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations/Emergency Response, Rutgers Traffic Control Coordinators (TCC) and the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS). They are trained and experienced in project documentation in accordance with DOT, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Municipal/County requirements and receive annual training to maintain their certifications and keep current on construction specifications, new construction materials, specification changes and new material sampling and testing procedures.
