Non-Conforming Use – Appeal for Zoning and Bulk Variance Approvals

The proposed five (5) projects were aimed to enable the functionality of existing structures as duplexes, apartments, and two-family houses. The projects involved a building that deviated from current standards and ordinances, while others encompass non-conforming structures with structurally deficient elements requiring design and analysis.

Keller Engineer’s responsibilities included: comprehensive records research, reconnaissance and forensics, preparation of Zoning Permit and Appeal for Zoning applications, coordination with the City and the County of Camden, design, and analysis of structural members. Keller Engineers presented a testimony on behalf of the applicant at the Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing and secured a zoning permit.
