Mr. Acharya was employed for 8 months as an intern by Keller Engineers of NJ, LLC while he was completing his senior year at Rutgers University. During his employment, Mr. Acharya worked on a multitude of land development and structural projects.  He worked for an engineering consultant in 2022 and was exposed to the delivery of site development type projects.

Mr. Acharya recently joined the firm in a full-time capacity with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering while achieving Magna Cum Laude honors. He is planning on taking his FE exam during the summer of 2024 and wants to work his way towards becoming a licensed Professional Engineer.  In the workplace, Mr. Acharya is known for his commitment to broadening his expertise in the engineering field by exploring innovative approaches and technologies to tackle complex engineering challenges.
