Mr. Youssef has over 30 years of experience in logistics, planning, CPM scheduling, earned value management (EVM), program/project management, risk management and controls. He has performed and completed projects in federal, public, private markets in transportation and infrastructure as a subject matter expert in primavera scheduling, risk and claims, both domestically and internationally.  He has managed capital program portfolios and executed logistic strategies for programs totaling more than $3 billion annually.

Mr. Youssef is also skilled in advanced cash flow analysis, construction management, construction claims/dispute resolutions services, building and analyzing forensic schedules, claims mitigation, creating and implementing economic planning models, risk analysis (including facilitating workshops and performing Monte Carlo simulations and Latin Hypercube Simulations), qualification and quantification risk, interviews and brainstorming with stakeholders, scenario business analysis and event tree modeling.

Mr. Youssef is also a pioneer in construction claims and has developed a reputation for innovative approaches to preventing and resolving time and cost overruns on major construction projects. He offers his clients a host of construction dispute resolution services, enabling them to complete construction on time and within budget, while minimizing claims and other problems. His claims mitigation expertise includes claims resolution, case strategy, issue analysis, establishment of causation, cost recovery, damages assessment, schedule and delay analysis, litigation support, expert witness testimony, mitigation, claims prevention and training programs as well as other management support.
