Masonry Foundation Assessment

The home inspection conducted as part of a real estate transaction for a home in Cherry Hill, New Jersey indicated that there was displacement and cracking observed in the masonry foundation walls of the structure. Keller Engineers of New Jersey was called to investigate the concern and provide an engineering opinion on the structural condition of the foundation.

In combination with the measurements and documentation obtained during the field investigation, Keller Engineers of New Jersey used our expertise in masonry structures to assess the severity of the condition of the foundation. Our experience informed our ability to advise the client and provide the peace of mind necessary for a successful transaction. We provided an engineering opinion on the structural condition of the foundation as well as recommendations with cost estimates for repairs.
