A team approach to project success.

Keller Engineers of New Jersey, LLC has been providing expert project controls services to the design and construction industries for the past 6 years.

Our Team has worked with the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) on roadways, bridges, sign structures and general State of Good Repair projects.  We do however have extensive experience delivering project controls services on commuter rail/transit, toll roads, aviation and marine facilities in public and private infrastructure markets.  Our project controls services are customized to the needs of each Client and project and include:

  • CPM Primavera Scheduling
  • Cost Estimating
  • Construction Claims Analysis
  • Dispute Avoidance and Claims Mitigation
  • Document Control
  • Project Cost and Change Control

Our team has been instrumental in shaping and managing a project’s schedule, budget, changes and claims; providing the Client with “real time” expert analysis so project teams can make informed and effective decisions.

Keller Engineers was retained by NJDOT and was retained to review the Contractor’s Primavera P6 progress schedules on an interval established by the Client for the projects administered under the NJDOT Region South Term Agreement between 2018 and 2023.
